Star Wars’ Space Whales Could Have Had Second Reference In The Mandalorian S3 E3

The Mandalorian season 3, episode 3 “The Convert” showed off the former Imperial capital of Coruscant, but may have also dropped another reference to the purrgil. The episode primarily focused on Dr. Pershing (Omid Abtahi) trying to come to terms with his unfinished research and wanting to help the New Republic. However, the episode also gave glimpses of what life was like on Coruscant after the Rebels took down the Empire and established the government.

The Mandalorian season 3, episode 3 had a quick and sneaky reference to the space whales, aka purrgil which Grogu saw in season 3 episode 1.
